I am writing to complain about a holiday at the Flatford Country Club in the Lake District, which I booked through your company.
Firstly, there was no minibus, which had to meet trains at the station.
Secondly, I was very disappointed because I’d taken my little dog with me but there dogs aren’t allowed. I think you should put that in your brochure.
Thirdly, in the brochure tennis courts are in the plural but in fact there was only one so it did get rather booked up. Sadly I was unable to get a game. In fact there were several squash courts but I don’t play squash and I was disappointed.
Finally, I would have complained to the owners themselves because how you said it is a hospitable, concern family, but they were away probably on holiday. Moreover , there were no guides to be found locally.
To sum up, I think it is a very nice place, a good walking country and there are lots of nice things to do, but you should put these points in your brochure. It would be very helpful.
